To achive the perfect lash you will need to measure the length that you need to suit you.

Trim your lashes from the outer corner until they are your desired length, you want to make sure they fit to your eye shape and size correctly so that you don't end up with too much lash or too little.

Using your favourite lash glue, apply a thin layer onto the lash band and leave for 30 seconds to get tacky. Place the lash onto the lash line, working from the centre to the inner corner and then finally the outer corner. This way it allows you to find the middle of the eyelash and you can work around the inner and outer corners easier.

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items that are unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you.

If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 14 days. We can not offer refunds/exchanges after the product has been worn or removed from its original packaging. Items must be returned to us in their original state.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lashes we have to offer.
